Edgy with a hint of class- Self Portraits

It has been SO long since I've posted a blog post and from now on, I'm going to do my best to write a post every time I take self portraits. For those of you who don't know, I started out taking self portraits on my Instagram account and still do to this day! Although I love using Instagram as my main platform to display my self portraits, I also would love to display them here on my website where readers can get a closer look into my personal creativity.

With that being said, here are a set of images I took last summer. I really wanted to capture both a classy and edgy look for this shoot through the color palette and accessories such as these gorgeous earrings. I've said it before but I LOVE editorial photography so much and try to incorporate elements of it in every self portrait I take. I also loved how I was able to take on a bolder personality with these images as opposed to emulating a softer, more delicate look I normally go for.
